Payment Terms and Orders
Payment methods accepted by AUSIN MEDIHEAL TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD are shown in the shopping cart on this site.
Overseas Orders and Delivery
Overseas orders are subject to a minimum value of $100 SGD (excluding delivery charges) per delivery address.
Overseas orders may be liable to import taxes in the destination country, which the recipient shall be liable for unless paid in advance at time of placing the order.
Prices, Shipping and Handling Charges, Taxes
Prices and configurations shown on product pages, customization pages, in the shopping cart, or other locations on the website are subject to change without prior notice at any time before acceptance of customer's order.
All products' prices listed in this website include tax within Singapore.
Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUSIN MEDIHEAL TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY.
